Order Your Measured Lab Panel
Click the button below to visit the GRL platform to view and purchase your Measured Panel which includes a Basic Metabolic Panel, a Hemoglobin A1c test, and biometric measurements. Add the panel to your cart, register for a Grassroots Labs Account, and then checkout to purchase your tests.

STEP 2
After purchasing your tests, you will receive a lab order/requisition from a licensed physician in your state, delivered to your account in Grassroots Labs. You can print out that lab order and have your tests performed in one of over 2500+ approved testing centers across the US, operated by Quest Diagnostics. Click below to search for a test center near you.
Testing Available to those 18 and older. Not available in AZ, HI, NJ, NY, RI.
STEP 3
Upload Your Results to Your Measured Provider
Your results should be ready in approximately 3-5 business days. Once your results are in, you will be notified by email. Log into the Grassroots Labs portal, download your results, and then upload them to your Measured provider in your Measured member portal. It is that simple.
